“With backgrounds in Theater and Music, we were slightly adjacent to the film industry. Neither of us had gone to film school, we had never made any real films before, and we had no idea where to start. All we had was a passion for story-telling. After working together on a short film for the Denver 48 Hour Film Project, we decided we’d had enough waiting for the right opportunity for someone to let us make a film, so we grabbed a camera, a few actors, and made one ourselves. We started by writing six genres on a die and rolling it. From there the ideas started coming and they haven’t stopped. Our motto is ‘more ambition, scope, and creativity with each project’. If our projects are bigger, require more from us, and keep us just uncomfortable enough, we think we’re in the right place.”
